Cómo acabar con una buena idea
Mi responsable siempre me dice “prefiero dejar que digas todo lo que piensas en una reunión a darte directrices sobre lo que se puede o no decir. Prefiero arriesgarme a que metas la pata antes de que te calles una buena idea por miedo a equivocarte“.
¿Cuantas veces hemos visto cómo alguien nos tiraba una buena idea sin ni siquiera molestarse en evaluarla? Para todos los que hemos sufrido una y mil veces esa situación y para todos los que hemos hecho sufrirla una y mil veces va dedicada esta ilustración, simplemente, genial.
Las ideas mueven el mundo. Que no se nos olvide nunca.

Yo creo que tu "responsable" (alguien tiene que ser el responsable de los irresponsables ¿no?) quería decir "no puedo arriesgarme a no oir tu última ocurrencia, esas que nos hacen reir durante todo el día" :)
Para ser amiguito del diablo hay que decir que tener ideas "es fácil", yo tengo una directorio en el ordenador lleno de ideas delirantes de todo tipo, el problema de las ideas es:
1) Que hay que creer en ellas
2) Que hay que desarrollarlas
3) Que hay que apostar por ellas
Thomas Edison NO inventó la bombilla pero la hizo realidad práctica.
Sourceforge y demás repositorios de código abierto están llenos de fantásticas ideas, montones de ellas no pasan de la versión alpha en el mejor de los casos y muchas de esas ideas no realizadas no es que fueran malas es que el "inventor" no cree suficientemente en ella o no ha podido desarrollarla o no ha apostado por ella.
"Queréis innovar, pero la innovación cuesta y aquí es donde vais a empezar a pagar…con sudor" (con musiquita después se entiende mejor).

Completamente de acuerdo, lo importante no es sólo tener ideas sino apostar por ellas… créeme que soy muy consciente de eso… y de lo que supone esa apuesta.
Lo que se critica en esta imagen (y texto) son las ideas que mueren sin ser siquiera evaluadas. Hay muchos -demasiados- "monstruos come-ideas" ;)
a los come ideas se les llama roba sueños, e incluso son las personas mas cercanas a ti , porque ven que quieres hacer algo nuevo, es por eso que también hay que considerar a quien decimos las idea, a alguien que sepa valorarlo, no a tu compañero de trabajo porque de repente se de cuenta que es una gran idea, pero como proviene de ti , lo piensa dos veces y te dice "que no pasa nada, sin dar una buena justificación", lo anterior no es mi realidad XD.
de acuerdo con jmarranz y precisamente lo peor de las buenas ideas, incluso aquellas en las que incluso apuestas y te esfuerzas y estas totalmente convencido de que es una buena idea es lidiar con las personas come/destroza ideas que sinceramente quieren hacerte ver que vas por el "mal camino" y que de corazón quieren evitarte "problemas". Y es que es dificil porque en algunos casos son personas cercanas a ti, que incluso te quieren (esposa, novia, padres, amigos, etc)..
Entonces empieza el dilema de analizar las sugerencias que te dan para ver si son mayores que tus apuestas o esfuerzos. Una vez escuche que todas las grandes ideas han tenido un monton de obstaculos y a un monton de gente en contra, pero no nada que no sea grande que no lo haya tenido..

Lo peor de todo es cuando tienes una gran idea y la comentas me refiero a tus compañeros de trabajo y ellos a su vez la exponen ante los jefes como ideas propias sin darte siquiera algun credito
Bueno… es cierto que toda esa gente te puede llegar a hacer desistir, pero creo que entonces tu idea no era tan solida como creías :)
Pienso que un ambiente "amigable" si que puede impulsarte para que des el paso definitivo en pos de una idea, un proyecto o lo que sea, pero la última decisión, siempre es tuya.
En mi caso… tengo mitad/mitad, por un lado tengo gente que me quiere, apoya y cree en mi y, como tu dices, gente que me quiere y tiene miedo de que alguna de esas ideas no cuaje o no sea beneficiosa para mi.

I really think the binky removal will be successful. As far as his speech, just find the sounds he messes up the most on, for Emily it was Sh sounds, and Th sounds. When you catch him saying things wrong stop him and say Honey its SH-Sh-Ship and have him practice, that sound. IF you are not harsh he will receive it and correct it. And be consistent to try to catch it as much as possible. And be sure to praise him when he says it correctly. It will change quickly.
